Swiss Non-Profit Association

Every child deserves the chance to swim safely.

We promote water safety and accessible swim education across Switzerland — because drowning is preventable, and confidence in the water is a right, not a privilege.

Child learning to swim
Lake Geneva, Switzerland

A simple mission, carried out through three pillars of work.

01

Water safety awareness

We run campaigns and community events that teach families how to recognise risk, stay safe near water, and respond when seconds matter. Education saves lives long before a rescue is ever needed.

02

Accessible swim education

We partner with swim schools across the country to make quality lessons more affordable for children whose families couldn’t otherwise reach the pool. Every child should learn to swim, regardless of background.

03

Building a community

We work alongside swim clubs, schools, and local organisations to grow a network of advocates and trained instructors — because lasting change in water safety happens at the community level.

“In Switzerland, drowning remains one of the leading causes of accidental death in children under 14. Every lesson matters.”
